Power Jack Repair

Have you been told that you need a new motherboard because your power jack was broken? We can actually fix most broken power jacks. Many shops offer to repair laptop power jacks, but not many actually fix them correctly. In many cases, other shops charge $250.00 and up to do this repair, but Advanced Laptop Service only charges a flat $150.00 (for most models*). It is a difficult and involved process--the entire laptop must be disassembled and the motherboard removed in order to remove and replace the damaged jack, but by no means does this repair require the 3 plus hours many shops bill for.

*Some Macintosh laptops or other difficult to service models may require an additional charge.
